Original brand smart watches from Smart Watches Kenya carry a 1-year warranty. Budget models carry a 3-month warranty. Unopened returns are accepted within 7 days subject to inspection.

What warranty covers
Manufacturing faults under normal use. It does not cover liquid damage beyond rating, impact damage, or app issues caused by unofficial software.
Returns
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days. Opened electronics returns are limited. Contact us on WhatsApp with your receipt.
